The team here at Debt Assist UK have helped thousands of people deal with their debts over the years, and in that time we have seen a LOT of different creditors (the people you owe money too).
If you owe money to anyone, the first thing you need to do is talk to them directly, they may be able to help. Below is a list of just some of the creditors we have seen and their contact details.
If you still need help after talking to them, contact our advisers and see how we can help.

Creditors Chasing For Payment?
If you fail to pay back your creditors money that you agreed in the agreed timescale they, understandably, begin to ask when you are going to pay.
What is NOT understandable however, is the tactics that creditors often undertake in order to get you to pay. Letters, phonecalls, emails…and not just one. You are bombarded from all angles, and honestly, it’s not difficult to see why people begin to bin unopen letters, block phone numbers, and just refuse to answer the phone to any unknown numbers. Obviously, this is not the correct thing to do, but it is understandable.
This is where a solution called an IVA (individual voluntary arrangement) comes into play. An IVA is government approved for of debt solution, which allows you to only repay what you can afford. It is legally binding, so once you have agreed payment trerms you MUST repay it. However, there are constraints on the creditors too; they must, by law, stop contacting you for payment. Which means an end to the phone calls, an end to the letters, it allows you to relax and not flinch every time the phone rings.
